In Leviticus6:13- ” A fire shall always be burning on the altar; it shall never go out”.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit provided personal evidence/ assurance for the disciples that the risen Christ has now being glorified. Jesus glorification implies that he is in the presence of the Father, thereby having all authority and power. The Scripture amply supports this…. Phil2:9-10, Heb1:3-4, 1Pet3:22
It is this glorification of Christ in heaven, that opened the way for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit- Jn7:39
Therefore the Pentecost provided a reassurance for all the disciples and every believer today that the experience is an assurance of being part of the triumphant church..
SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE
The baptism of the Holy Spirit provides a believer with a foretaste of an entirely different power… This, the Bible calls, the power of the world to come – Heb6:5
With this experience, the believer enters a new kind of supernatural life where the supernatural becomes natural to him….
As one already baptized with the Holy Spirit, your praying, evangelism, and general Christian living, should be supernaturally guided, powered and protected.. You are no longer satisfied with the mere norms, doctrines and ceremonies….
The life of the disciples of Christ after the Pentecost, was where the supernatural became natural… Am I believer, moving in that supernatural realm or in man-made doctrines…… You re blessed…….
